Doctor George Tiller’s murder creates terror in the minds of other abortion doctors
The assassination of Dr. George Tiller, who was running a Wichita clinic, is being perceived as a political assassination. Doctor Tiller used to perform abortion at any stage of a pregnancy. He charged $ 5000 for aborting even a third trimester pregnancy. He was shot in a Church on Sunday, May 31, 2009. This was the second murder attack on Doctor Tiller. 51 year-old Scott Roeder is charged with his murder.
70 year-old Dr. Warren Hern, who performs abortions if a fetus is considered viable, said “This is not one nut case that goes out and bumps off an abortion doctor. This is a political assassination. It has been going on for decades.”
West Palm Beach personal injury lawyers said “I read in news that Mr. Tiller was referred to as a “death mill” by a few people. After the first unsuccessful homicide attempt, he had increased the security in his house and clinic. He had got rid of all the windows in his clinic. The late doctor’s family said that they cannot say yet when Wichita clinic will reopen.” Acute phosphate nephropathy lawyers said “The suspect Scott Roeder ‘s former wife, Lindsey Roeder, said in an interview that her ex-husband’s life began unraveling more than a decade ago, when he got involved with anti-government groups, and then became very religious in an old testament way. The suspect’s brother David said he suffered from mental illness at various times in his life.” SUV rollover lawyers said “The assassination of Mr. Tiller has left the other abortion doctors in a state of fear. Different political groups have different opinions on the abortion issue but this does not give anyone the right to assassinate a doctor. Roeder’s ex wife said that his anti-government revolution first started with anti-tax stuff and then it further developed into anti-abortion.”
The abortion doctors have said that sometimes they recommend women to undergo abortions if a mother or child’s life or health is at risk.
